2 question about migrate and older version.

1. How to migrate database from 5.8 to 5.9 or newest? (where is step by step tutorial?) \
2. Where I find older version ( 5.8) for Qnap (QNAP package can be found on QnapClub Repo have only 5.9 now).

After update to 5.9 cannot start. Server started but wwebsite with port 18082 don't open
