Before I begin, I want to thank you for this feature; I really needed it, and it helps me a lot. My question is whether the only way to identify a user is by their ID, or if it's also possible to add their email or name. I tried searching for it, but I can't find it. I don't know if it's a bug in my instance or if that's how it's supposed to work.
