Activate the direction indicator

Hello. Could someone tell me exactly where the vehicle's steering is activated (as shown in the attached image)?

I have users who apparently have the same settings, but some users have the direction indicator and others do not (even when the vehicle is stopped).

In the preferences. By default or shows for the selected device, but you can enable it for all.
