Add new SMS Provider

I want to ask if it is feasible to apply the following sms provider to the application.
https://www.smsapi.com/
The necessary login details are url and access_token.

You need SMPP server. HTTP API is not supported.

Is there a time frame when HTTP API might be supported?

You should probably start by creating a feature request on GitHub, or expressing your interest on existing one. It definitely won't happen if you just ask on the forum.
