Adding a TK103 device

Please tell me how to add TK103 and get data from it on the server

Connect the device with the asset you want to track, then use the IMEI of it written inside the over or on the sides as unique identifier. Write in when you adding device and it will show you on the interface.

If device is not being shown with IMEI then remove the forget the first 4 digits if IMEI and write 0and start writing IMEI number after 4digits.

Sorry But I wanted to ask that When I m adding a new device on my local traccar server it isn't showing me any data , instead it showing me offline status .

So How to add a device and getting real time data.

I m very new in my company on this programing , please help me to run this Amazing Traccar server on my localhost.

Unfortunately there is no video for it, but you can go with the documentation on the Traccar website.

I'll tell you how to connect it.
First of all you have to open the port from the firewall section for the tracker you're using as it is not a recognized device so you have to identify the port, open the following ports:
5001, 5002, 5006, 5013, 5023, 5036, 5093.
Configure your device each time with different port and then enter in unique identifier the IMEI and see if the device works.

If full IMEI does not works then try starting from the 5th digit of the IMEI starting it with 0.

There is a file on your server name "tracker-log" find it.
And after setting device, send command to device and point to server ip with port 5001 or 5002. Then check log file and search for protocol "tk103". If your device send data it will show Hex data.

After saving device on traccar-server.logs file is giving data something like follows

but on the file i m still getting Offline status
please help

Make sure your are using tk103.
Share device info or screenshot.

sir it is TK103 and i have set the ip which is in my case is 142.4.16.53 and port 5006 and even 5001 too using sms commands but the log file giving me hex data as i have sent here before
but still the status of device is offline
The IMEI of device is 868926039614323
my server is running on 142.4.16.53:8082

As I can see that your device is not sending request to server. So You need a support, you can message to Anton (Traccar Author) for paid service. Or check your IMei again and send correct ip and port.
