I am new to traccar, I follow the instruction after fresh installation, at broswer type localhost:8082, then show up ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED, pls help

It probably means that server is not running. Check process, logs etc.

tried in different computer or local VPS, still the same result, currently version download at 22/1/21
