always show offline

I bought a dyeggo gps on the box it says it's a gt6, and in the server logs it identifies as gt06 (INFO: [T0ce0b9ec: gt06 < 83.196.80.99] 28303238303432373338323530425030303335353" but on the tracar page it always appears as offline... in the settings from the ip I put the port 5023....

I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, can someone help me?

found my error, you are rigth anton like always, i don´t read the part to put the 0 on the begin off the id, now show online.....
