Have scanned the forums and help pages but cant see the information I seek.
I have a traccar server running on windows10 with a fixed external IP, the teltonika tracker on my motorcycle works absolutely fine and found that simple to set up.
I have two Android version 12 phones and tried to run the client on both but I get the same messages on the status page . Cant see whats wrong?
service started
network online
location updated
send failed
The phones are shown offline on the local server web page.
The client asks for a server url which i dont have, i have a server IP at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx
Do I need a port number? If so what port?
The client gives a six digit number as the "Device indentifier" which I have put into the server which asks for an "i d" , is this the correct "i d"?
Any clarification would be welcome.
