Another Chinese protocol

Hi all i have a obd2 tracker however after opening it i think it only gets the power from the port and not any data

it seems to have two login messages

2481608491842233292201174022809506175338800a000000ffffbbff000000000000000002121800d572a18d

and

does anyone have any ideas on what protocol and port ?

I have done port 5001 5002 5006 5013 5023 5036 5093

I fear this is a really simple question that i have just missed the answer on

Not sure how you checked, but it's H02 protocol, port 5013.
