I can see that my device communicate with the server but i cant see anything on the map. Here is the log for last communication

Also I want to inform you that I have open ports 5001-5036 and I have already try the known ports but still nothing... at every change I do a restart to the service. Anyway I am stuck. I Have read everything I found. Maybe a resolution guide for better understanding of HEX decoder it will be great to have.
Port 5002 is the correct one for your device.

hi. i have same insue but when i change to port 5002 i use the device id 0 + last 11 imei and look:

Your device is using GT06 protocol. You need to change port to 5023 and use full IMEI as a device ID.
