AT-17 Autoseeker Works... But Problems When Sleeping (Stopped)

I bought the best I think GPS with a long standby and little data usage it works great with traccar but doesn't record stops very well, it says off line when it sleeps, which is fine... but should report as stopped.
Ideas?

Check documentation to understand how stops are calculated.
