best less gprs device model

whats the best gps device that uses less gprs traffic or works with maximum compression data traffic in each transmission also that it supports traccar? im using coban tk103a with 30 seconds frequency and using less gprs option but it consumes aprox 12mb per month (moving vehicule about 8- 12 hours per day aprox in normal conditions of particular use)

I rarely use tracking devices myself, so I'm not sure which ones are better. You can search forum for some recommendations.
