Bought Device from a different Vendor, need to integrate with my own Traccar Server

Hello Forum,
I am doing a POC of a vehicle tracking system. I bought a device VT03E+ from a GPS vendor who gave me a Protocol documentation (GT06N).
Step 1: I want to integrate my device with Traccar Server
Step 2: I want to use Traccar APIs to get the Server Data to my own Tracking software.

For Step 2 i found the documentation from traccar documentation pages.
But for Step 1: I configured local server and installed client app on my android system and could see the demo. But I want to get the GPS Data of my VT03E+ device. How to configure the device in Traccar Server?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
