Calamp User message (possible bug)

Hello, some time ago we sponsored a solution to start receving user messages from calamps LMU. When updated the solution worked fine , but 5 days ago we stopped receving any kind of reports from Calamp devices in this traccar server, today we restarted it and we started to get the messages.

The issue is that now we receive this messages :

Before this 5 days when we stopped receiving messages, this kind of messages looked like this:

And we think that the device shouldn't be even sending this kind of reports. We would appreciate any help.

Have you checked with the device vendor support?

Hello Anton, sorry for the late response. I think this issue may come from the hardware, but I might have found another problem.

When the device has to send a user message, it sends a lot of them together (we think that this is also a hardware issue), but with all this user messages it should also send a tyical report. The problem is that this report isn't reaching traccar. Can it be that because of the lecture of this user messages the report is lost?

In other systems that the devices aren't in the updated version of traccar we do receive this report that should come at the same time that de user messages.

It sounds like a guess. You should probably just check the logs and see what actually happens.
