can i create web interface in php just like the demo ?

I am not sure I understood the question. Assuming this is in the context of PHP web interface.
There is a sample code at the above repository which shows you how to implement it. If you want the web interface like the current Traccar interface you have to write the PHP code to display it that way.
Short answer - (almost) all the data displayed by Traccar can be obtained. How you want to display it on the portal is entirely up to you.
I meant can't we use https://github.com/traccar/traccar-web in our php as module and use it , as i have already tested it using API given by traccar.
and one more thing like traccar , can we fetch route history from traccar and show in OSM same like traccar.
