Can i installed traccar server on shared web hosting ?

i try to install this on my window machine, it works !! But i am confuse now, maybe i came from LAMP background so have a little or no understanding about Java. I dont have to install any http web server to make this Traccar server run, is this because the Traccar itself already a http server ?

You don't have to install any web servers. Traccar included embedded HTTP server.

The answer is NO in most cases. Traccar need access to raw TCP/UDP ports which most shared hosting services can't provide.
