Cant log in on server

Hi,
I forgot my server login info.
My credentials are saved on my phone app and I can login on the phone and create users (I'm Admin).
I still cant log in even if I create a new admin user on the phone app.
I'm I supposed to use the name or email when entering credentials on ubantu traccar server terminal login?

By server I mean from os terminal:

I want to reinstalling Traccar anyway and I just want my backup config file. Any way to get this from the Traccar application (desktop or mobile) without operating system terminal / ssh login?

Wait. How is this related to Traccar? I thought you're talking about Traccar login, but you seem to be talking about SSH.

If I turn the server off the mobile and desktop can't connect, so fairly certain its the same server.

You can ignore my earlier question. I don't know why you expect terminal login to be the same as Traccar login. Those are completely different unrelated things.
