Cant use deleted Device again

Tim5 years ago

Hello,
I hope there is no thread for this problem yet. I have found nothing.

My Problem:
I have deleted a Device last year. Now I will use the Device again but I get this message:

Unique index or primary key violation: "PUBLIC.UK_DEVICE_UNIQUEID_INDEX_B ON PUBLIC.TC_DEVICES(UNIQUEID) VALUES 157850"; SQL statement:
INSERT INTO tc_devices (model, category, name, uniqueId, attributes, groupId, contact, disabled, lastUpdate, phone) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?) [23505-199] - JdbcSQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException (... < QueryBuilder:480 < DataManager:458 < BaseObjectManager:90 < ...)

If I want to share devices for users, I see several old devices that I have deleted . This old Devices are not shown at the main page under Devices.

I've tried everything:

  • create a new one with the same name and IMEI
  • I tried to find the file where I can delete the device manually.

Can someone tell me how I can get the device back into my system without rebuilding the server and losing all data?

I use teltonika FMA110 and a raspberry Pi with "Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)"

Sorry for my English......
I'm not on the PC every day, so it may take a while to answer. Thanks!

  1. Login as admin
  2. Link device to yourself
  3. Refresh page
  4. Delete it again or just re-use
