You have to test it. Depends on many factors, like message volume and usage pattern.

I need to test 50 devices and 1 minute log and keep the base for at least three months.

Is this configuration sufficient?

I used defaut config of Traccar
VPN 8GB of Ram
200MB Harddisk
Now im using 300 devices it works fine.

I think it should be sufficient.
