Change start time for: "database.historyDays"
Clearing is scheduled when you start or re-start service, so it happens at the same time when you started service every day.

After adding the "database.historyDays" I noticed the time that this occurs is during an hour where I tend to look at the service a lot;
To note; 10am...
I was wondering whether this would be possible to define a cleardown time (i.e. 3am).
The purpose is because at the moment we're experiencing a lot of delayed entries as it's causing the database / server to be in a busy state.
