Alex, I am curious if you can test how will traccar work if the gps was used, will you be able to force the phone to keep the gps in use while recording the data sent by traccar by using any of the 3rd party apps that locks the gps or simply open Google maps and start any navigation which will lead to the phone constantly using and locking the gps ? For I have noticed for me that this improves traccar's location being reported, of course this isn't a permanent solution but if it solves the issue for you just like it did for me then we know which part of traccar is the one that needs to be worked on
