Could not connect to demo server via tracker

Hello there,

I am using the first demo server but my tracker is not able to communicate.

I am sure that the gprs setting is working fine because I can connect to the original server provided by the tracker vendor i.e http://www.gpstrackerxy.com/

The tracker is TK103 and I tried all ports from 5001 to 5006.

Eventually I would like to setup my own traccar server on my local machine to get the location from the tracker. But I am stuck with demo server itself.

Please advise.

Thanks for responding. I went through that link but unfortunately nothing worked out for me. I tried all the ports mentioned there. I have aksed the tracker vendor too if they can help me to connect with traccar. Hoping to hear from someone who had been through similar problem before.

Which demo server have you tried? What's the device id?

Imei is 868683026806871. I used 083026806871 as device id.

Your device is using GPS103 protocol, so correct port is 5001. It doesn't send any GPS data though, exactly like described on the provided earlier link:
