Data from TK103B clone does not reach the server

Hello,
I configured a new Tracking device (TK103B clone) in the same way I did it often before. At the server I set the whole 15 digit IMEI (865205039924427), but the device stays offline. I tried all the ports, which are quoted on the chinese clones site (5001, 5002, 5006, 5013, 5015, 5023, 5036, 5093)

In the log file I can see, that data reaches the server (example with port 5006):

Nevertheless there is nothing to see on the server.

Should I use a different port?

Can you please post logs for port 5013.

I sent SMS with adminip123456 server_ip 5013 to the device, but I cannot find any incoming data in the log-file anymore.

It seems to stop sending after I transfered a SMS with udp123456 1 (as another try to solve the problem) al little bit earlier. Although I reversed this command by udp123456 0 nothing seems to reach the server, neither with port 5006???

I thought you said you tested all the ports. Don't you have a log from your earlier tests?

Yes, I tested all ports, but only by checking the Server-Front-End, if the tracker is online...

Because of your hint I focused on port 5013. I reset the device and configured it freshly and - voilà - it works. Maybe I confused the tracker with to much "trial and error" on different commands (e.g. udp and gprs). In the end it works with only 4 commands:

  1. begin123456 #to reset the device
  2. apn123456 provider-apn
  3. adminip123456 server-ip 5013
  4. itv123456 30 60 #to set the interval of data-transmition to 30 seconds, respectively 60 seconds, when device does not move

Sometimes more is less. And once again the problem sat in front of the computer.

the port is wrong, if i am not wrong, i have a gt02b (chinese) and i useport 2023 search in your log "unknown device", and in the apn part you need to put apn, apnuser and apn password, check that with your service provider. and plese tell if your ufw is activated. if you put a capture of your log maybe is better.
