Database does not record all the positions received

It might be possible to some workaround on the server, but there might be issues with binary data.
I have taken a look to the logfile too. For me not all lines that haven´t been converted to a dataset are wrong. I´m with you that some lines are to long or to short. But in my opinion most of the lines are ok and not used?

How exactly did you determine that the lines are OK? Example please.
Looks like the problem is that your device reports invalid message length value.
