DB Error after upgrade

had upgraded to the latest release of traccar server ( Windows Server).
now the webinterface is not reachable, i think its a database error ( H2 Database already, wanted to change after upgrade).
The write format 2 is smaller than the supported forma 3 (2.2.224/5).
can anyone tell me, how to upgrade H2 Database and migrate to new version under windows server?
