I would recommend to contact device vendor. I don't think device should behave like this. Possibly some device issue or misconfiguration.

Hi Demetris, vendor not resolved my problem. i have disabled traccar alarms and made a small script which check log files.. I have notification to email/sms when my device not respond for about 60 seconds.
Can you guide me through this procedure?
My device is ST-901.
Do you have traccar server installed on any linux os?
No its currently installed on win server 2016

Isn't there any option to create a custom notification in Traccar so it will notify when a device is offline for 60 minutes for example?
Hi, i have sinotrack st-902 connected to traccar server. Sinotrack send location every 10seconds and every 10minutes disconects and connects. That send me notification about device offline and online. Is there any feature to set delay to send email only when device is disconnected for 5 seconds or more? I dont know why device connect and disconnect in one second.. Thanks a lot..
