Hello,
I just installed Traccar server v3.10 on my Synology, configured my Samsung as a tracking device (on which I installed the Traccar client), and declared my Samsung phone on the Traccar server.
The traffic flows seems to be OK, however the Traccar server logs are showing traffic that seems to be linked to devices with an ever changing ID:

I tried exactly the same configuration with demo.traccar.org, and it worked.
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks,
Fred
I believe port number on Synology for Traccar Client must be 55055
I tried with port 55055, but same behavior.
All ports from 55001 till 55200 are open on my firewall and correctly forwarded to my synology. I also log all dropped packets, and nothing related to Traccar is listed here.
So I'm still stuck...
Thanks for your support.
Please provide log fragment with port 55055.
Hi Anton,
Thanks for your message.
Well, I removed my traccar client and reinstalled it on my Samsung and it started to work. That's weird, but anyway I'm happy now!
May I also take this opportunity to ask what the client encryption requires on the server side to work? Should I redirect the traffic on port 55055 to https?
You need to have an HTTPS proxy in front of the port 55055.
Hello,
