Device issue no position

Hello, i just got an issue the device shows connected, but the no position at the map.
i checked the events and shows events for the device and also the a trip. but suddenly no last location or live position at map.

Does it show status? Any errors in the browser console?

the status is online but no error at console...i loaded a backup from the previous day and it seems to work again...
