Device list missing name

Hello All
I have a fresh deployment of 5.12 and cannot get the device names to appear in the device list panel:

I can see the details in the popup when I select the device.

Any ideas why it would be blank in the list?
When I check the details they all have their relevant information set.

Check your preferences to see what you selected to display for the device title.

It is set to display the Name

Don't have any other ideas. Are you sure you're using the official release without any modifications?

It is running in a docker and storing data in a postgres db.

Only way to fix has been to drop the database and restart the pod.
Added all the devices again and the names are showing.

One to watch.
