Device position variation

While checking the device position we found too much variance.

When Device is not moving still it shows a little jumping from one point to another point randomly within few meter radius.
After some R&D, I came to know about

1. filter.distance

2. filter.skipLimit

Can you please elaborate more what kind of value of a parameter will fulfill my need effectively ?

You need to test it yourself and find what values work for your case.
