Device showing offline
What do you mean no logs? No logs from the device? On no log file at all?
I mean when we try to configure the device.It does not make any successful/unsuccessful log at server.
It should say unknown device or connected etc.
I'm assuming you have already read documentation and done with troubleshooting steps before posting here, right?

I have SINO track 901 device which used to pair with traccar and used to work properly. But I did upgrade my traccar version at server to latest and after that it is not pairing and device is shown offline every time.
Every time I used to get response as set pin ok but device did not show online. And there is no log shown on server also.
