Device Timestamp is odd. Once in a while the update states Negative hours

Traccar Server 3.11 on Windows running well but the time stamps automatically shift. I have devices set to timezone 0 GMT. I'm on eastern time. Server is on Eastern AND the traccar is set on Eastern (America/New York) But the updates when logged at night will show updated -60 minutes ago. and sometimes when it states update but with old time, the map will not update.
