Devices have disappeared

I have been using traccar manager successfully for a while with two devices registered. Recently the devices have disappeared. If I try and add them again I get an error message saying it is a duplicate entry. I'm not particularly techy but hope I can get it working again... It is a great app.

Login as admin and link devices to your user account.

Thank you for the quick response and thank you for a great app.

Sorry for my lack of knowledge. Do I need a password to log in as admin - when I log in on my phone it asks for email and password. If I log in using my email and password and go to 'account' then 'permissions' the admin option is grey and cannot be selected.

That's not one of ours. Which server have you configured in the app?

I'm really sorry.... I don't know where to find this information. I downloaded the app from Google play. As far as I know I haven't changed any settings.

First time you open the app it asks you for the server you want to use. If you haven't changed it, it should be the main demo server. Unfortunately we don't provide support for those. You can try different demo server or go with a subscription option.
