Devices stop updating positions

Good morning: I have version 4.4 of traccar. Sometimes it happens to me that the devices do not update the positions, I restart the server and everything returns to normal, but the thing is that it happens more and more often, can you tell me why this is? What should I check?

https://www.traccar.org/documentation/ specifies a lot of things that you can do. However, these might be a little different from the version that you are running. Perhaps the problem you are having might have been fixed in some newer version?

You should probably upgrade first.
