I want to receive location updates from the DGP 8550 (Motorola Radio). They use the Protocolo Digital ETSI TS 102 361-1, -2, -3.
I found something in the Annex B.3.6 of this document, but not sure if it is helpful and how to implement the decoder: http://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_ts/102300_102399/10236104/01.02.01_60/ts_10236104v010201p.pdf
