Difference in date between the user view and the account.

Hello, is anyone else experiencing this? If I set a date in the user list view, it shows a one-day difference in the account view for the same user.

That's a known issue I think because a timezone difference. One is local and one is UTC.

I understand, and is it possible to define both with a single system, either UTC or local? If the answer is yes, at the code level, where can we try to make that modification? Thank you
