It is FM1110. It seems everything fine, the status led are ok..
Well, either device is not reporting anything to the server, or your device id is incorrect. Either way it's not a server issue.

Even part of the id is not in the logs, so obviously full id won't be there either.

i set server ip 52.232.22.124 and port 5027. but my device is still offline.
