Does Traccar have a full implementation of huabao protocol ?
It didn't identify anything. It shows "huabao" because you put port 5015, which is the huabao port in Traccar.
Correct port for your device is 5013.

I'm testing a device with this protocol in 5015 port. traccar identified the protocol but not decode de protocol.
