drivers do not appear in the report
You have to make sure driver is included in every position.
Hello! The J16 iButton tracker sends the tag identifier in the changed driver attribute. This attribute normally appears in the event report. After identification, the driver turns on the ignition and no further information about the tag is available.
If it is only reported once, then that's exactly the problem. You can try enabling attribute copying.

I'm using J16 trackers, iButton version. The drivers are registered, as are the corresponding tags, but the drivers don't appear in the reports even when the correct column is selected.
In the event report, the information "driver changed" appears, and the tag is present.
In the trip report, the column is empty (without the driver's name).
How could I resolve this issue?
