Eelink TK419 no AGPS Data

Hi at all,

i have an Eelink TK419 integrated in my Traccar Server and it's working without any issues... well... NEARLY without.
I have some issue regarding AGPS.
If I start the device, it takes about 20 seconds to get an GPS fix.
If I type AGPS? it answer me as follows:
AGPS:"qtx://xtrapath2.izatcloud.net/xtra2.bin"(0.0.0.0)
Well, what does it mean 0.0.0.0?
If I type the adress in my browser, it doesn't work.
If I replace "qtx" with "http" it starts a download.
If I type AGPS,"http://xtrapath2.izatcloud.net/xtra2.bin"#
then it throws me "Set AGPS Error"
If I type AGPS,"qtx://xtrapath2.izatcloud.net/xtra2.bin"#
then it throws me "Set AGPS OK".
But when I type AGPS? it shows me the servername but with 0.0.0.0 directly after the hostname.
It doesn't matter, what I type in the SMS, it seems I cannot get AGPS to work.
It takes always 20-30 seconds to get a fix. With working AGPS it should be less than 5 seconds under the shining sun.
Even a factory reset doesn't help.
What am I doing wrong?

AGPS should only affect the initial GPS fix.

Yes, I know, and that's exactly the problem.
The initial fix takes waaaaay too long under clear sky.
It bother me that it shows 0.0.0.0, like it doesn't resolve the server of the AGPS.
It cannot be an internet issue because tracking works fine, as soon as it has a fix.
Does anyone know what I should insert via SMS?
Which server do you use? Which XTRA file?
What command should I send?
