Looks like you're using Windows and it didn't handle correctly symbolic reference to the folder with localization files. I guess you'll have to fix that manually.

You fix the symlink to point to the l10n folder in the web app.

I´m bulding the project on windows

I have checked the od version and there is a file af.json but in modern interface doesn´t exist

Do you have the symlink? Have you checked it? Do you know what it is?
