Email Notifications per users
All notifications are configured per user, so I don't see any problem.
If i am a super admin how can i configure notification for another user?
Or that user can define its't own notifictions if he/she logs in and define notifications?

Not here, have a user setup notification on a device.
Then I also get a notification, I remove the notification on my user, then the other user does not get notification.
I have admin user, the other user is not admin.
Notifications can be shared if that's how you configured them, but if you create separate notifications for each user there should be no problem like you're describing.

If i a have two users with different devices and i want to sent the alerts for the cars of one user only to him and
the alerts of the other user to him how is this configured.
