Enable Sound for notifications

I created over speed web notification, when I try to enable sound, I click the bell icon but nothing happen?
I use chrome version 63.0.3239.132

Mobile or desktop? Are you sure you enabled the sound and not disabled it?

On desktop, no device listed in panel sound notification, when I click the bell icon nothing happen.
when I click realy I don't know if disabled or enabled!

I'm confused. What is "panel sound notification"? What do you expect to happen when you click the bell?

I want to say the events panel on the right, where we can enable sound and list the device, event and hour

I expect to happen some thing like add attribut windows a pop or some thing to activate sound

It's a toggle button. When you enable it, it gets slightly darker. That's how you know it's enabled.

Is there any way you can change the type of sound notification or may be increase the volume.

You can replace sound file if you want.
