It should work just fine.
well i ctrl + F5 delet all cookies and nothing
is there anything else i need to remove?
Make sure you actually clear the browser data, not just the "ctrl + F5".
And you need to restart the service after you change the config, if you haven't done that yet.
Correct, fvck me, is the site data in browser data .........
i have <entry key='web.path'>./legacy</entry> in the config file and nothing after the last update i cant access the old UI
