It looks like both the ip and the domain do not point to your server. Another thing, I remember that a Trace server that I mounted for a client on Amazon, I had to edit the security rules for access.

I looked at the server and looks like you are using very old version. You would need to upgrade.

and https://[publlic-DNS]
