Of course. The first video shows a server with hardware, version 6.10.0 (physical server). The second server, which is new and recently installed, is running version 6.11.1, unmodified (virtual machine). The same error also appears in Maps preferences when you try to remove a selected map.
I'm not able to reproduce the issue locally.
