It looks like one of the TKxxx or h02 protocol Chinese low-cost simple devices. Try those ports

I have tried out all the above ports and it still shows status "offline".
Did you check the firewall settings? Maybe those ports are blocked by firewall.
I have used the port check tool on traccar website, and all the ports are open on my server.
