there is a community free edition , i will be using it for a school project , it uses extJs 7.0.0CE and has all the modern UI I need .
I want to know if you application is upgradable to that

I see. You have to check if it's possible to migrate from open source license to this community edition license.
One other question is it possible to upgrade from extJs classic to modern ? I see extJs 6.2 modern has also some good UI materials
That's a question to ExtJS. Version 7 was supposed to make it possible, but not sure if they really managed to implement everything they promised.
