Do you have any Computed Attributes configured in relation to the ignition attribute and associated with the Seeworld device?
What have you set for the model in this field? This can have an effect on how the Gt065ProtocolDecoder processes the incoming data.

The check should be alarm ? ..., not alarm != null ? ....
The Model (Modelo) field is for the GPS tracker model. There might be a possibility that your GPS tracker model is supported by the SEEWORLD variant, but I would be more inclined to leave it blank for now.
I've already made the changes to the calculated attribute and left the model field empty.
I see that the GPS device is sending the ignition on/off event; I don't know if there's a way to remove that event from the device or to ignore it in Traccar.
In your logs (copied below) . The 1st raw tracker data packet received at 02:09:01 has a timestamp of 02:08:59, yet the Traccar position timestamp is 02:11:3, but there appears to be no associated raw data tracker packet. The 2nd raw tracker data packet received at 02:57:57 has a timestamp of 02:11:47 and the next Traccar position timestamp is 02:11:47, some 10secs later.
It seems that the logs are incomplete?

The device model is R12L from seeworld and in Traccar it is configured with the gt06 protocol port 5023
