Obviously you would need to change source code. And if you are changing source code anything is possible, so question doesn't really make sense.

I wish set fixtime = servertime. I was not able to find where I need to go to change:
servertime (2018-01-05 20:25:43) devicetime= fixtime(2018-01-05 17:25:50)
Is it possible help me?
